MEEC (Masha Allah Engineering Enterprises) HSE Policy is aimed at identifying and controlling safety, health and environmental hazards, accident prevention, occupational health and pollution control, and an assurance programme to protect people from injuries and to safeguard the engineering environment, while always choosing continual ways for development. Masha Allah Engineering Enterprises adheres to the client's HSE policy including rules / regulations and takes all necessary protective measures to ensure its effectiveness for those who are directly or indirectly involved during work.

Every scope is executed to the client's specification, verified against approved inspection and test plans, and handed over with complete documentation.

A repeatable five-stage process applied from tender through to handover.

    Review & Planning

    Scope, drawings and specifications reviewed with the client; method statements and inspection plans prepared.

  2. 02

    Resource Mobilisation

    Qualified supervision, trade teams and inspected equipment mobilised against the agreed schedule.

  3. 03

    Controlled Execution

    Work executed under permit, supervision and daily HSE briefing with progress recorded.

  4. 04

    Inspection & Testing

    Hold-point inspections, NDT and functional testing carried out and witnessed where required.

  5. 05

    Handover & Documentation

    Punch list closure, final inspection and submission of quality records to the client.
